• All members of the UET community, including students, staff, and faculty, are eligible to become members of the Blood Donor Society at UET, Lahore.
  • Members are encouraged to donate blood at least once every three months.
  • All donated blood will be tested for infectious diseases before being released for use.
  • All personal information provided by members will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purpose of blood donation.
  • The Blood Donor Society at UET, Lahore will not be held liable for any injury or illness resulting from the donation or use of blood.
  • By becoming a member of the UET Blood Donor Society, you agree to donate blood as and when required by the society.
  • You must be in good health and free from any blood-borne diseases, and will be required to pass a medical examination before making a donation.
  • You must be between the ages of 18 and 60, and weigh at least 110 pounds(~50kgs).
  • You must not have made a donation in the last 8 weeks (56 days).
  • You must not have any tattoos or piercings within the last 12 months.
  • You must not have any history of drug abuse or addiction.
  • You must not have any history of hepatitis or HIV.
  • You must not have any history of heart disease or stroke.
  • You must not have any history of cancer.
  • By becoming a member of the UET Blood Donor Society, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any additional rules or regulations established by the society.
  • Society will not be held responsible or will not pay for any prior tests of donor required for blood donation.
  • Membership in the Blood Donor Society at UET, Lahore may be terminated at any time, at the discretion of the Society's management.
  • The Blood Donor Society at UET, Lahore reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice.
